Sol Blume is an annual music festival in the heart of Sacramento, California. The mission of Sol Blume is to create a niche space, a place where like-minded individuals can gather to celebrate some of today’s most acclaimed R&B, soul, and hip-hop music acts, with an underlying emphasis on art, culture, love, social diversity, and good vibes.
What is SOL BLUME?
How old do I have to be to attend?
All ages are welcome to attend Sol Blume! Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Please be advised the VIP Area is 18+.
What time do doors open?
The doors to the festival open at 12PM.
Will there be a shuttle service available?
Yes, Shuttle Passes will be available for purchase. Shuttle bands will be retrieved once you check in at the pick up are valid for all days and are for a single rider.
Will there be parking available?
Yes, weekend Parking Passes are available for purchase. Cars, Trucks, SUV’s and Passenger Vans only. No Campers, Trailers, Busses etc. Pass includes (1) daily entry into the parking area.
What time does the festival end?
The festival ends at 11PM on Friday and Saturday and 10PM on Sunday.
Will I be searched upon entry?
Yup, festival security will search all persons and bags prior to entry. Please review the prohibited items list if you aren’t sure whether or not you can bring something.
What is your re-entry policy?
There is no re-entry into the festival. All exits are final.
What can I bring? What can’t I bring?
Like many festivals, there are general safety things we can and cannot bring into the festival. For a full list, check out our detailed Prohibited Items page.
What's your bag policy?
NO backpacks, purses or bags are allowed to be brought into the venue, EXCEPT for the following:
- Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12″ x 6″ x 12.”
- One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags, i.e. Ziploc bag or something similar;
- Small clutch bags, approximately the size of a hand (and that do not exceed 4.5″ x 6.5”), with or without a handle or strap; and
- Clear plastic Hydration packs (empty upon entry), i.e. clear plastic CamelBak bags or something similar.
- For the avoidance of doubt, iridescent, color-tinted, and opalescent bags are NOT allowed; they must be clear.
Where are the ATMs located?
Sol Blume is a cashless event this year. There are no ATM’s onsite.
Where are the restrooms?
Please reference the Patron Map for exact locations.
Will there be food?
Yes! There will be food (and drinks!).
Will there be vegetarian/vegan items?
We love vegan and vegetarian food and there will definitely be options for both.
Are there water stations?
Festival water can be purchased at the bars. There will be a free water station at the event to refill reusable cups and bottles.
Is the festival rain or shine?
Yes, the festival is a rain or shine event.

Where can I buy passes?
Lyte is the official ticketing partner for Sol Blume 2024. It is the only place to find authentic passes to Sol Blume, guaranteed – even after they sell out! Our presale passes have sold out but be on the lookout for our official on sale. You can purchase passes here.

Do all ages need a pass?
Ages 2 and Up require a pass.
Are Shuttle Passes or Parking Passes available to add on to my festival pass?
Yes, you can purchase those here.
Are payment plans available?
Yes! A new on platform Layaway Payment Plan is now available at checkout! That’s right, no 3rd party platforms or credit checks.
How does the on platform Layaway Payment Plan work?
- Find your passes here, select passes, and proceed to checkout.
- In the checkout, select one of three payment options – two, four, or eight payments!
- Once the selected plan is confirmed, your first installment will be due at checkout.
Why did my Layaway Payment fail?
A failed payment may occur due to recent changes in account information, such as an updated billing address or expired credit card. In the event of a failed payment, you will be notified by email with further instructions. Please use the link provided in the email to update the payment information for your order.
When will my layaway payment process?
All Layaway Payments are automatically processed on the scheduled dates as indicated on your order confirmation and within your account. Upon successful payment, an updated receipt will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
Why was my Layaway Plan canceled?
Plans are canceled if the buyer fails to meet the terms of the agreement. For instance, if a scheduled payment fails and remains unpaid through the grace period, the plan is subsequently considered canceled.
What is the Layaway Plan Payment Deadline?
All plans must be completed before the shipping deadline on April 2nd, which allows fans to correct payment issues within the 10-day grace period. If a plan cannot be completed by below date (s), it will not be offered at checkout:
- 8 installments last opt in date Feb 11th
- 4 installments last opt in date Feb 15th
- 2 installments last opt in date March 1st

What if I bought my pass during presale with Klarna?
The process stays the same for those who used Klarna prior. After you selected Klarna, you should have be sent a link to create or login into your account. As soon as you’ve completed that process, you will be billed according to your selected weekly or monthly installments.

What if I already purchased passes with PayPal's Pay Later?
The process stays the same for those who used Pay Later prior. When you selected “Pay Later” at checkout, once the payment schedule was finalized, your order generated.

When will I receive my passes?
Passes will be mailed at a later date closer to the festival. Please keep an eye out in the email inbox you used to purchase your passes for further updates. Please do not put on your wristband until the day of the event. Further instructions for how to use your wristband will be included in the package.
Passes purchased closer to the event, or by international customers, can be picked up at the will call desk near the venue entrance.
Fans who use the Layaway Payment plan must choose between shipping or will-call at checkout to understand how their wristbands will be delivered.
Do I get a wristband upon entering the venue?
Those who purchased Passes far enough in advance will have their wristband mailed to them.
Can I get a refund?
All passes, excluding our new “Returnable Tickets”, are non refundable.
What is a Lyte Returnable Pass?
Purchasing a Lyte Returnable Pass means that you are eligible to return your pass for a hassle-free refund (minus a restocking fee), regardless of your circumstances. You will also receive priority treatment from Lyte’s Fan Experience team for any pass-related inquiries. Plan your festival experience with the peace of mind that should you need to cancel, you can without worry.
Please note: Returnable Passes will be available for pickup at Will Call only, they will not be shipped.
Until when do I have the option to return my Lyte Returnable Pass?
The deadline to request a refund for your returnable pass is Tuesday April 30th at 12pm PST. After that time, the option will no longer be available

What is Pre-Registration?
This year, we’ve teamed up with Lyte to launch a pass reservation system that allows you to claim your spot before the general onsale. This means you can skip the ticket queue entirely by simply requesting passes beforehand with a credit card. When available passes are found, you’ll get a heads up before your card is charged. Unless you’d like to edit your order, no additional action is needed—your card will be charged, your reservation confirmed and passes delivered automatically to the email on file closer to showtime.
Here’s how to make a reservation:
- Find your passes here!
- Make your selection from the available options.
- Click ‘Checkout’ and review your cart.
- Enter your payment details, select your delivery method, and click ‘Confirm.’
- When your passes are available, you’ll receive a reservation confirmation email.
Why do I have to provide a credit card when making a request?
A credit card secures your spot in line and allows us to promptly complete pass requests as soon as passes become available.
Key points to remember:
- No charges occur if the request is canceled.
- You won’t be charged if Lyte cannot locate your passes and the request is incomplete.
- Your information is secure—Lyte’s servers never store credit card details. All payments are processed through highly secure, PCI-compliant payment processors.
Am I guaranteed a pass when I make a request?
No, submitting a request doesn’t guarantee a pass. You’ll be notified if we can complete your request via email and/or SMS.
Can I edit the quantity of passes I requested before my request is completed?
Yes! You can edit your request before it is completed through your order dashboard. To do so:
- Find your request confirmation email
- Click the “View/Edit Details” button and make any necessary changes.

Where can I buy hotel packages?
All hotel packages can be purchased here.
Are there any other fees due?
Prices include all resort taxes and fees, though ticketing service fees will be applied at check-out during the purchase process. All prices are subject to change.
You will need a credit or debit card to check into the hotel when you arrive, to be used to pay for any incidental charges or damages to the room. This does not need to be the same card used to purchase your hotel package.
Do Sol Blume Hotel Packages have a minimum age?
Yes, in order to check into the hotel you need to be 18+
Can my room be next to or connected to my friends room?
30 days from the festival, you can reach out to the hotel directly. Connecting rooms are rare, but we will do our best.
Can we check in early to the hotel? Will the hotel hold our bags if our room isn’t ready?

Each hotel has their standard check-in time. If you arrive before check in time you are able to leave your bags at the hotel. Additional fees may apply.
My friend is arriving before me, could they get in the room before I arrive?
The purchaser of the Hotel Package must be present for check-in. If your friends are arriving before you, 30 days from the festival, you can reach out to the hotel directly to add your friend’s name to your room reservation so that they are able to check into the room when they arrive at the hotel.
What if I change my mind and don’t want my package?
All packages are sold as non-refundable. Please refer to the purchase policy for complete details.
Is the Festival accessible to people with disabilities?
Yes, this festival is ADA accessible. Accessible restrooms are in the same area as all patron restrooms. Visit the Guest Services booth for assistance
Where do I get my accessible pass?
Accessible Passes for ADA guests may be requested at the Box Office or at the Guest Services Booth inside the venue. Am I allowed to have service animals?
Service animals are allowed, however, dogs must be on a leash at all times and shots up to date. Please remember that DB levels are high near the stages and to be aware.
